Information used for your trip
MyTraveloz processes information you provide when creating an account, requesting a quote or booking travel. This can include your name, contact details, travel dates, traveller details and any passport or other information required for your selected journey.
How information is used
Information is used to verify access to your account, prepare quotations, manage bookings and payments, provide travel documents and respond to support requests. Your booking and account history help us keep track of your requests.
Service providers
Information needed to deliver your request may be shared with the relevant airline, hotel, travel supplier, payment processor or messaging provider. WhatsApp verification and communications use the contact details you provide. Each provider may also apply its own terms and privacy notice.
Payments
Payments are handled through the checkout provider shown before payment. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time verification codes to our travel advisors.

The website uses browser storage for account session information, recent searches, travel preferences and cached site resources. You can clear this storage in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or remove saved preferences on that device.
Optional AI travel matching
If you use the AI travel planner, your submitted travel preferences and notes may be processed by the configured AI service to prepare recommendations. Avoid including sensitive personal details in optional free-text notes.
